I’m having a wonderful experience at Pace West! Darcy is extremely knowledgeable and kind. At 55 I’m relieved to find a PT who understands the effects age and hormones have on muscles and joints! The entire staff has been friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Pace West.

In only 2 sessions of dry needling I have seen more improvement than I have seen in 8 months of physical therapy for frozen shoulder and tendonitis. Highly recommend Chris!

I did several months of physical therapy at Pace West, and cannot say enough great things. I worked with Max, who was by far the best physical therapist I have had. The one on one sessions were incredible valuable, where he provided personalized feedback on individual exercises, and he customized my recovery plan according to my very specific pain points and progress. Max was instrumental in my injury recovery, and I recommend everyone to see him.

Trevor Pace is an excellent physical therapist. After a L5-S1 L3-4 fusion nearly a year ago, followed by three unfortunate compression fractures a few months later, I've learned more from him than from my surgeon, his PAs, physiatrists, pain management doctors and my own efforts combined. The muscles and attendant nerves are multi-layered and complex and I just had to understand what is happening to recover; Trevor knows all about it, explains everything very well and had been a big help to me. I highly recommend him and Pace West.

I’ve visited PWPT several times over the years for various exercise and sports-related injuries (shoulder, bicep, glutes, forearm - you name it), and I continue to be incredibly impressed by the expertise and care of every physical therapist I’ve worked with. Their deep knowledge of the body, combined with a hands-on approach - whether through movement therapy, dry needling, or massage - has consistently helped me feel significantly better and return to the activities I love more quickly. The team’s warm, welcoming demeanor makes each visit a positive experience. No matter your age, activity level, or specific issue, I’m confident the staff at PWPT can help you too.

I worked with Max for 11 months doing ACL recovery, and had an amazing experience. Max is very knowledgeable, funny, kind and supportive. He is the main reason I am able to return fully to sports and feel like my best self again. I am so thankful for everything he, and pace west, have done.

Awesome place! Max moved my leg around for like 30 seconds and immediately assigned me some exercises that helped the problem a lot. Super friendly & welcoming staff as well.

Max at Pace West has been wonderful in getting my old body into better shape. I Initially saw Max to stave off a hip replacement, which has been a complete success. In the meantime he has found other areas to work on so I am more limber and active. Max's use of a laser has been particularly helpful. I would recommend Max and Pace West to anyone!

Ashley's training keeps me in shape despite all the effects of aging! Over the years, Darcy's therapy has helped me address each new issue and she given me the best advice for keeping active as I age. Her yoga class on Zoom is outstanding; she tailors the poses to each person's needs.

Ashley is a quiet, clear, peaceful and effective trainer of people and their bodies. Her #1 skill might be her incredible listening to clients to bring forth what they need. Her #1a skill might be her incredibly patient & perceptive observation of their bodies as they go through their paces, adjustments sometimes big and sometimes subtle - I amaze at how her slight alterations of my form translate into me finally ' 'getting it' .....finally understanding what to do in the gym when she's not there. Her #1aa skill might be her coming to understand the mentality & emotional being of her clients, so that she might tailor her overall way of being with them, to find out what the keys are to having their head & heart in the game Thank you Ashley. What you have given me over these past months! Drew Coburn PS How smart the Pace West Management team to hire someone who can assure a patient's investment in PT is solidified in regular training of their bodies afterward.
